Directions for use: Massage into the body for fast and effective relief. Apply daily to affected area or lower abdomen for best absorption. 1/2 tsp to a max of 2 tbsp. Do small patch test if to be used on children or elderly. Mild itching or tingling may occur during initial uses. Do not use on broken or sensitive skin.
