Blueberry:  The taste of this syrup will remind you of an old fashioned blueberry pie. It has an earthy natural taste and is rich in minerals and antioxidants. Use it as a topping for pancakes, crepes or ice cream or add a splash of brandy for a delectable concoction for breakfast or dinner. 

Maplapple: The pairing of natural maple flavouring with apples was an inspired choice based on traditions dating back hundreds of years. While Summerland Sweets has only been around since the 1960s we do know how to make syrups and this is one of our best. Take off the bottle top and savour the lovely smell of the maple combined with apple syrup.  This is the definition of foodie heaven!

Cherry: If you are making a dessert like cheesecake or pound cake their Cherry Syrup is the perfect complement. Try pouring it over an ice cream sundae and adding a couple of cherries on top. Perfection. Of course it is great on pancakes too.

Strawberry:  Has been a favourite of pancake lovers for years. If you are also a smoothie fan try adding some the next time you whip one up in the blender. In addition to amping up the taste it will also add a beautiful deep red colour to your morning mixture.

Peach:  Summerland Sweets Peach Syrup is the perfect blending of some of their finest peaches at fully ripened potential. Thick and rich in colour this syrup will remind you of biting into a naturally sweetened late summer peach at the height of our popular peach season.

Apricot:  Being made from the freshest, ripest apricots possible gives their apricot syrup its rich full bodied taste. The sweetness comes from the fruit itself - which makes this delicious syrup a wonderful treat. Fabulous on waffles, pancakes or ice cream, or use it as a sauce base for a savoury dish.

Blackberry & Raspberry:  Black and Raspberry Syrup is a fusion of the best of both worlds with the earthiness of the blackberry mingling with the aromatic perfume of the raspberry. An enhanced taste experience that matches the richness of the texture and colour of this best selling syrup.

Pear: Can be mixed into your morning oatmeal as perfectly as it can be used to give flavour to a holiday punch. Also try drizzling it over baked brie in a puff pastry or using it for a marinade. This is a delightful syrup bursting with flavour.

Blackberry:  Another one of their richest tasting syrups - Blackberry Syrup easily becomes a weekend morning favourite when poured over waffles or pancakes. It can also be used as a base to create delicious savoury sauces for your dinner main courses.

Black Currant: Black currants which have not always been readily available (that's a long interesting story in itself) are in a berry class of their own. Rich, divine and very much moreish our black currant syrup is likely soon to become your favourite for decadent toppings on crepes, desserts, and cakes

Raspberry:  Any of their syrups work beautifully in the traditional way - such as pouring on pancakes, waffles or scones. It is also great fun to experiment by pairing this versatile raspberry syrup with blueberry or mango,  and adding it to an Italian aperitif for something totally different and delicious.

Apple Pie:  The first thing you notice about our apple pie syrup is the delicious aroma of the natural maple flavouring.
