M/L - Medium-Large (3/4" bigger than medium)- typically fits an adult with a 22"-23 1/4"" head circumference.
It will stretch a little with wear. Please measure with this guide and if you need a different size and leave your head circumference in the notes at checkout.
TIPS:
- Please measure your head prior to ordering with this guide
- When worn as a headband it may feel slightly more snug, if you put it on as shown in the video it will feel less so.
- When pulling it over your head to wear as a neck scarf stretching it open with both hands prior will make it a lot easier.
