Produced in Maldon, England by filtering and boiling seawater to remove impurities. Large, pyramidal crystals give Maldon sea salt its soft, flaky texture and light crunch. The unique flake structure allows this salt to melt right onto a roast or other meat and fish. With its mild taste and texture, Maldon also makes a great table salt.
