Cordials + syrups can be used for making sodas, cocktails, mocktails, snowcones, lemonades + iced teas, as well as to be used as an ingredient with making desserts. 
  • Made with fruits, botanicals, herbs and cane sugar.
  • They are void of colourings, artificial flavourings and corn syrup.
  • They are 25-40% less sugar than your typical simple syrup
  • Natural separation may occur over time
  • Once opened the product must be refrigerated
  • Once opened it is best used within 3 months

  • 375ml bottle makes, on average 20-24 drinks
  • A typical drink will use ½ oz to 1 oz of cordial

ELDERFLOWER:  Stunning in sparkling wine, gin, tequila and vodka. Add a dash to elevate the most basic of desserts.  (elderflowers, lemon, orange)

RHUBARB STRAWBERRY: Tart rhubarb balanced out with juicy sweet strawberries, this cordial is great as a soda, a mixer with vodka and gin, and is fantastic over vanilla ice cream.

MANGO PASSIONFRUIT:  Perfect tropical punch for tiki drinks, or as a sauce for ice cream + yogurt, Try perking up your morning smoothie with just a dash of this fan favorite. Pairs well with tequila, rum, and makes the best tasting soda. Sweeten your glazes, frostings and whipped creams with this cordial for a fantastic topping to any dessert.

PINK GRAPEFRUIT & TARRAGON:  Bright, tart, sweet, herby - this cordial is hands down besties with gin.  Pairs well with tequila, vodka and gin.

KEYLIME MINT:  The go to cordial for making mojitos, margaritas, and for livening up gimlets. The unique tartness of key limes is balanced out with the sweetness of the cane sugar. The fresh garden mint adds a lovely freshening note to this bartending staple.

RASPBERRY VANILLA:  Deliciously fruity, with vanilla notes. Lush, tart, raspberries are given a decadent twist with bourbon vanilla beans, that when made into a soda, is reminiscent of a creamsicle. This cordial is the go to as a dessert sauce, and in dessert making, such as pavlovas, jelly rolls and trifles, or for making sexy vodka flips.

HASKAP BERRY:  Not overly sweet, but packs a fantastic berry punch. perfect for making sodas + slushies.  Hands down, one the favourites for make sodas.  Try a shot in cider, a pale ale, or a splash in a gin + tonic.

PINEAPPLE HABANEROThis cordial starts off pineapple sweet with a spicy, peppery finish making this tropical cordial vibrant and exciting. Perfect in margaritas, mojitos, daquiris, or as an added surprise in a salad dressing.

APRICOT PEACH:  Add to prosecco for a Bellini vibe, or shake over ice with bourbon and a sprig of mint.  Sweeten up an iced tea, or blend into your breakfast smoothie, or milkshake.  Spoon generously over vanilla ice cream.

HULA HULA:  This tropical gem is a must for tiki drink lovers. This is their version of the beloved Hawaii drink, POG., Made with passionfruit, mandarin orange, guava and lime - it's fruity, punchy, bright and a favorite with kids of all ages. Use to make mai tais and tequila sunrises.

RASPBERRY WILDROSE: Sophisticated and full of early summer flavours. It is very rose forward, with a big raspberry finish. Try a splash in prosecco, or in a gin cocktail, or with making a raspberry-rose froze!

LYCHEE YUZU:  Silky, sweet lychee cordial, with balancing citrus notes, makes this a cocktail fan favorite. Perfect for lychee martinis, in gin, or sweetening your homemade iced green tea.

KALAMANSKI LIME: Also known as CALAMINDIN, this tiny lime packs a flavour punch, reminiscent of tangerines and kumquats. It’s one of their  biggest sellers, as it marries well with bourbon, rum, tequila, gin and vodka, and makes one tasty, fresh soda! This is the preferred cordial of many of their local distiller friends for pairing with gin.

HIBISCUS LEMON: A mix of Egyptian + Mexican hibiscus flowers to add a depth of floral, tart, earthy notes, only to be brightened up by lots of fresh lemon juice. When mixed with soda water this cordial makes a lovely sparkling pink lemonade. It pairs well with tequila in making margaritas, or try a splash in gin on a hot summers day. This is a show stopper with shaved ice, in colour and taste!
