This is a 'souvenir' product for our shop, that I found while on a summer trip to Vancouver Island. I met Catie at her stand at the beautiful Qualicum market with her display of products... and I was excited to be able to bring one of the tastes from our trip, home to the shop. Catie is well known in the area for her first, and signature hot dilled beans, as well as her unique spin on her savoury jellies and Qualicum Berry jam.
